-Rural House / Villa: It consists of 550 meters (400m on the ground floor   150m on the first floor), with lots of natural light. It is made up of thick stone walls, and wood on its high ceilings, which preserve the charm of this great old manor house.

Built in 1880 approx. and restored in 2019

-9 bedrooms: All of them with air conditioning

Distributed as follows:

- Room 1: Double bed (1.80m) (2 places)

- Room 2: Double bed (1.50m) (2 places)

- Room 3: With 2 double beds (1.50m) and "possibility" of a comfortable double sofa-bed. (4 or 6 seats)

- Room 4: Double bed (1.35m) (2 places)

OPTIONAL:

- Room 5: Double bed (1.50m) and "possibility" of a comfortable double sofa-bed. (2 or 4 seats)

- Room 6: Double bed (1.80m) or 2 beds of 90cm. (2 places)

- Room 7: Double bed (1.80m) or 2 beds of 90cm. (2 places)

- Room 8: Double bed (1.50m) (2 places)

- Room 9: With 2 single beds (90cm) (2 places)

This makes a total of 20/24 places in 9 rooms, we reach 24 places with the sofa beds indicated above.

-8 bathrooms: 8 showers (7 are hydromassage) and 2 bathtubs. All with heating and hair dryers.

-One of the bathrooms is also adapted for DISABLED PEOPLE, with 4 safety bars (in the toilet and shower) and an adjustable chair in the shower.

-Receiver: With reading area and books in 4 languages.

-Living room: With air conditioning and lots of natural light. 55" TV, Wi-Fi, international channels, board games, books (in Spanish, English, French, German and Valencian) and children's stories.

-10 televisions: In the living room and in 8 rooms.

-Big dining room: With hot-cold air conditioning, for 20/24 people, with direct access from the 2 kitchens.

-2 kitchens: Both with hot-cold air conditioning and direct access to the dining room. 2 dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 2 freezers, induction hob, wood oven and electric oven, 2 microwaves, 4 coffee machines (manual, drip electric, Nespresso and Dolce gusto), toaster, kettle, electric and manual juicer, arm mixer and various other small appliances. Crockery, cutlery, glassware (wine and champagne), glasses, breakfast cups, coffee and tea cups, etc., kitchenware (great set of Iber-Imperial saucepans, frying pans, griddles, etc., including a 40-litre pot) and variety of kitchen utensils.

-Laundry: Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

-2 barbecues and oven:

- For the winter: Barbecue/wood oven inside, with the necessary utensils for its use (wood not included). And with hot-cold air conditioning.

- For the summer: Another original outdoor barbecue (includes a bag of charcoal).

-Complete gas paellero set (with different sizes of paella pans).

-Porch / riu-rau facing the garden and pool (where the living room is) with "glass curtains" to open completely and enjoy the fresh air, or close and put on the hot-cold air conditioning. Very bright. It can be closed if you want to prevent the little ones from going into the pool.

-center courtyard that gives light to several rooms, with a sliding glass roof, to open and be outdoors, or close and put on the hot-cold air conditioning.

-Private pool of 7.20m. x 3.20m. with colored lights inside and controlled by remote control. The pool has a bench inside to sit comfortably in the water or for the little ones to stand up. The pool shower is hot and cold.

-Chill-out area next to the pool

-Artificial grass garden (soft when walking barefoot).

-Exterior: Small garden, with total privacy, with terrace furniture, shaded benches and sun loungers.

-Bed and bath linen included: 2 towels per person from November to March, and in the summer months another towel for the pool (that is, 3 towels per person)

-Air-conditioning: hot-cold throughout the house (with 18 splits), even in the barbecue kitchen and on the patio. They are all independent, so that each client can choose their temperature in their own room.

-3 fireplaces (one of them pellet): In winter we include a woodshed with firewood.

-Baby: Baby cot and chair with bedding (free, on request and according to availability)

-private car park on adjoining plot, for 8 cars

Location: The house is located within the town, on its best street, where the square, the church, the town hall, the pharmacy and the police are. This means great comfort as you hardly have to use a car. And also in its garden it gives the feeling of being in the countryside, as it has unobstructed views and absolute privacy.
